How do Buyers agents get paid?

I believe that every home buyer should have a representative on their side working for them.  So when someone  tells me they are thinking of buying their first home, the 1st  thing I like to do is set up a face to face meeting with them. Usually buyers have lots of questions and all are of their questions are relevant.  It is scary to buy a home for the first time and most people do not know where to start.  Such as getting a loan, finding an inspector or getting a home warranty.  I can help them and I really enjoy being able to answer the most feared questions about the homebuying experience and put their minds at ease.  I do participate in the process with my clients- from start to finish.  I let them know that they can count on me to be a part of one of the biggest investments of their lives.  One of the most asked questions I get is HOW DO I PAY YOU?  I am very happy to tell them that they do not pay me for my services and that it is a part of the sellers closing costs,  therefore, it is included.  Usually it is a part of a co broke that the sellers agent offers to a buyers agent for bringing a qualified buyer to close on a property.  If a buyer wants to buy a FOR SALE BY OWNER,  then I will negotiate my commission with the seller, working as the buyers representative.   I can’t express enough the importance of having a professional, experienced real estate agent represent you on your side of the transaction.  I know and understand the real estate market and I listen to my clients.  I want to be a reliable source and will work diligently and with integrity.  If you or anyone you know could benefit from my services please have them call me.  It’s Free!!
